Fab Owners Association (FOA) is an international, non-profit, mutual benefit corporation composed of semiconductor and MEMS manufacturers, along with our industry suppliers. We are headquartered in Cupertino, California, in the heart of Silicon Valley. FOA was conceived to provide a forum for semiconductor manufacturing executives to discuss and act on common manufacturing issues. The association was founded in 2004.
AMI Semiconductor is engaged in the design and manufacture of customer specific integrated circuit solutions, including solutions for the automotive, medical and industrial markets. Among its products are products that integrate processing of analog and digital signals. AMI Semiconductor operates globally with headquarters in Pocatello, Idaho, European corporate offices in Oudenaarde, Belgium, and a network of sales and design centers located in the key markets of North America, Europe and the Asia Pacific region.
AMI Semiconductor is a wholly owned subsidiary of AMIS Holdings, Inc.
MAX I.E.G. moved its main office, Marketing, and the corporate IT backbone to its new location in Old Tappan. The move to the new larger location, will allow the technology team to host our customer support site internally, allowing all customer data to be handled in the most secured manner, and all transactions to be carried via VPN. This move completes MAX's office relocation effort to accommodate the recent growth.
